Export reports proposals

Both proposals ship the new Recon Studio navigation (Reconciliations + Configurations, each with their own sub-sections), per-catalog Exports drawers, and a top-level Reports hub. They diverge in how the Payments-family drawer handles cross-scope viewing.

01Cross-scope drawer

Shared Payments-family drawer with an 'Applies to' scope pill

Same Recon Studio + Reports hub as Proposal 2. The difference is inside the Payments-family drawer: an 'Applies to' pill at the top switches the active catalog in-place (Payments / Transactions / Fraud / Payouts). One drawer covers the four sub-tabs so the reviewer never has to close it, change tab and reopen just to compare another catalog's templates, scheduled reports or downloads.

One drawer per sub-tab, no cross-scope switcher

Same Recon Studio + Reports hub as Proposal 1. The difference is inside the Payments-family drawer: each sub-tab (Payments / Transactions / Fraud / Payouts) opens its own single-scope drawer with no 'Applies to' pill. Cleaner, more predictable — you never see catalogs you didn't ask for — at the cost of needing to close and reopen to compare across sub-tabs.
